A hands-on program with Wasco leaders and teams: starting from real customer and operational pain points, working backwards to the outcome that matters, then vibe coding working prototypes in the room.

Challenge: teams in a heavy-asset energy business needed a practical way to move from AI interest to working solutions.
Working Backwards sessions turned customer and operational pain points into clear, outcome-first problem statements.
Vibe coding sessions produced working prototypes inside the workshop, reviewed live with leadership.
Outcome: shared AI literacy, responsible-adoption guardrails, and a shortlist of prototypes worth taking further.

Phase 2 — Private Open Innovation: deep engagement with 11 business units turned operational pain points into 30 problem statements, followed by open startup outreach, screening, 1:1 matching and a large-scale exhibition.
