What the program covered.

AI governance in practice

How other governments set guardrails, assign accountability, and keep humans in the loop on decisions that matter.

Digital-government transformation

The stages institutions pass through as services move from digitized to data-driven, and what each stage demands operationally.

Commercial AI in the public sector

A faculty lecture on where commercial AI fits institutional work, and where build-versus-buy decisions are actually made.

Applied demonstrations

Live technology demonstrations, including real-time translation running on delegates’ own phones.
